Refund and Returns Policy

At AU Vision Security, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to ensure peace of mind when shopping with us.

Returns – 30-Day Policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In unused, uninstalled, and original condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documents included

Items that are used, damaged due to mishandling, or missing original components may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@auvisionsecurity.com.au or through our Contact Us page. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is faulty or damaged).

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the shipping address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re happy to exchange it for the same item. Please email us at info@auvisionsecurity.com.au with details and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used security cameras
  • Digital or downloadable software
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Supporting images or video may be requested to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer you a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate.
